Estimated Delivery Times  
Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of shipment.  
- Europe & nearby regions: typically 7–10 business days  
- North America, Middle East & other regions: typically 10–15 business days  
- Remote areas / certain countries: may take longer  

Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), local postal services, public holidays, and unexpected carrier delays.

Order Processing & Shipping  
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Important Information for International Orders  
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs authorities at the time of delivery and are not included in your order total or our shipping rates.  
We have no control over customs procedures or additional fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.
